We are expanding our team and are looking for creative and talented individuals to join us as an Associate Website Designer or Senior Website Designer. Based on your experience and performance during the interview process, the position will be assigned accordingly. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about web design, user experience, and creating impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and skill set, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Website Design and Development:
    • Design and develop responsive, visually appealing websites and landing pages.
    • Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
    • Create website layouts and user interfaces following standard HTML/CSS practices.
    • Implement best practices for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
    • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile optimization.
    • Optimize website performance, including speed and responsiveness.
  2. Content Management Systems (CMS):
    • Work extensively with WordPress, including theme customization and plugin management.
    • Maintain and update existing WordPress sites, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations (e.g., WooCommerce).
  3. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
    • Translate user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
    • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve the user experience.
  4. Graphic Design:
    • Create visual elements such as logos, icons, and images that enhance design and user experience.
    • Utilize graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD.
  5. Quality Assurance and Testing:
    • Test websites for functionality, responsiveness, and compatibility across different browsers and devices.
    • Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs.
  6. Collaboration and Project Management:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, content creators, and marketing specialists.
    • Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project success.
  7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
    • Keep abreast of the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
    • Propose and implement innovative design solutions.
  8. Additional Responsibilities:
    • Implement best practices for accessibility to ensure inclusive design.
    • Experience with website migration and server management is a plus.
    • Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery for advanced functionality.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar design tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of WordPress, including theme customization, plugin management, and basic coding (HTML, CSS, PHP).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations (e.g., WooCommerce).
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and best practices.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and usability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in web design or related fields are advantageous but not mandatory.
