Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual problem-solver who can navigate seamlessly between high-end technical design and fast-paced digital content creation. You will play a key role in shaping our visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while contributing to innovative web and digital solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and skill set, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Concept to Execution:
    Lead the design process from initial brainstorming and sketching to final delivery of high-quality assets.
  2. Advanced Image Editing: Perform complex photo retouching, compositing, and color grading using Adobe Photoshop.

  3. Vector Creation: Design scalable brand assets, including logos, custom iconography, and illustrations, using Adobe Illustrator.

  4. Digital Solutions: Collaborate on web layouts and UI elements within Figma to ensure a seamless transition from design to development.

  5. Brand Scaling: Develop and manage Canva templates to empower internal teams while maintaining strict brand integrity.

  6. Multi-Channel Design: Produce engaging visuals for social media, email marketing, display ads, and print collateral.

  7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality or attention to detail.

Skills

  • Core Software: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Modern Design Tools: Strong working knowledge of Figma (for UI/web layouts) and Canva (for template management).
  • Visual Literacy: Mastery of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in a professional design role (agency or in-house).
  • Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing both digital and print work that demonstrates technical skill and creative thinking.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions to stakeholders.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the mentioned areas is a plus.
  • Candidates with experience in partial areas and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Certifications related to e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and online marketplaces are advantageous but not mandatory.

Educational Qualification

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience or specialised design certifications will also be considered.
