We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools and create engaging short-form Reels and social media videos based on scripts provided by clients. The ideal candidate should have a good sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and short-form videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media videos from client-provided scripts
- Add transitions, music, subtitles, and basic motion graphics to enhance video quality
- Ensure videos are optimized for different social media platforms (aspect ratios, formats, and durations)
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team to meet client requirements and deadlines
- Maintain consistent brand style and quality across all video content
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, etc.)
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, captions, and sound editing
- Good communication skills and ability to follow scripts and creative briefs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Adobe After Effects or motion graphics tools
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other social media editing tools
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or content creators
- Portfolio of previous video or Reel projects
