About Sirican
Sirican is a digital marketing agency in Udaipur, running marketing for retainer clients across India and international markets (Australia, the UK, and the US), across a range of industries. As we grow, we need someone to keep delivery tight and clients well looked after.
About the Role
We’re hiring the person who runs the engine — the one who makes sure everything we promised a client actually ships, on time and communicated well, and who keeps the internal machine organised so the founder isn’t chasing everything. You sit between our clients, our team, and the founder.
In one line: clients always know where their work stands, the team always knows what’s due, and the founder gets one clear picture instead of twenty scattered updates.
Please Read Before Applying — Is This You?
This Is a Client-Success + Delivery-Operations Role — Not a Marketing-Execution Role
✓ Right fit: you’ve spent the last few years owning client relationships and delivery in an agency or services business — account management, project management, client success, or operations coordination. You’ve chased teams, held deadlines, run client communication, and sent reports.
✕ Not the right fit: if you’re primarily a content creator, social-media manager, SEO or ads executive, or designer hoping to move into “marketing.” This role does not create content, run ads, or do SEO — we have specialists for those. It’s also not for a back-office analyst with no client-facing ownership.
If your core experience isn’t client-facing delivery/operations, this isn’t the role for you — and that’s okay.
What You’ll Do
Client Side — You Are the Face Our Clients Deal With Day to Day
- Be the day-to-day contact for our clients — emails, WhatsApp, and calls, alongside the founder. Clients should feel someone is always on top of their account.
- Own the delivery calendar across every account — who owes what, by when. Track it, chase it, and flag risks before a deadline slips, not after.
- Run weekly and monthly client reports — compile the numbers, verify them against the source, and send on time. Reports going out late or wrong is the one thing this role exists to end.
- Onboard new clients — kickoff checklists, timelines, and access lists. We have templates; you run them.
Internal Side — You Are the Bridge to the Founder
- Run the daily rhythm — collect end-of-day updates from the team and turn them into one short daily summary for the founder: what shipped, what slipped, and what needs a decision.
- Lead the weekly internal review — you run the meeting: last week’s plan vs. what actually happened, this week’s plan per client, and blockers named with owners and dates.
- Own the execution plans — every client has a plan; you keep it current and make sure the team works from it, not from memory.
- Keep everything organised — one source of truth for who’s doing what, by when, and for which client. If it’s not on the tracker, it didn’t happen — and you own the tracker.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
What you must have (required)
- 2–4 years in a client-facing delivery, account management, project management, client-success or operations-coordination role
agency-side preferred; client servicing or ops coordination also fits. - Excellent written English
you’ll write to clients in Australia, the UK and the US. Clear, short, professional emails(this is tested in the interview). - A chaser’s temperament
organised, deadline-driven, comfortable following up with people senior to you and with creative people who hate deadlines. Politely relentless. - A builder of order
you’ve set up or maintained a tracking / project-management system people actually used (Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday or similar), plus Google Workspace / spreadsheets. - Reporting experience
you’ve produced clear status or performance reports and got them out on time. - Team coordination
comfortable running a group of doers to deadlines and running a short daily/weekly review.
Nice to have (a plus — and your growth path)
- Ads literacy (Meta / Google)
you can open Ads Manager, read spend/leads/ROAS and discuss performance without hand-holding. Campaign strategy stays with the founder to start, but this is your
growth lane into performance-marketing management if you want it. - A digital-marketing agency background.
